Hockey Lessons |
If you've
never played hockey before, or want to further develop your hockey
skills, we provide a fun hockey experience that is focused on
fundamentals: skating, stick-handling, shooting, passing, offensive/defensive skills, and conditioning. Our Beginner lessons will
focus on building your skill level through basic hockey exercises.
Our intermediate/ advanced hockey lessons will push the
envelope with dry land training to increase strength and speed.
Intermediate lessons will also show you how to increase the speed
and skill set of your overall games.
Beginner Hockey Lessons Begin: July 24th, 2007
Advanced Hockey Lessons Begin: July 24th, 2007
Hockey Lessons will be held on Tuesdays for Beginners and
Thursdays for the Intermediate/ Advanced. Practice times are TBD
and player will be contacted upon decision. If you have any

Skating Lessons |
|
Skating lessons will be lead
by two skate instructors; the sessions will be an hour long in
duration. rental skates are provided free of charge as well as
protective gear. Flexible garments such as sweats, windbreakers,
or shorts are recommended for the skating exercises. The skating
lesson will begin with some stretches and basic skating mechanics
during each session. Then progress to more advanced techniques.
Youth Skating Lessons Begin:
July 23rd, 2007
Adult Skating Lessons Begin: July 23rd, 2007
Lessons will be held on Mondays for the youth and Sundays for the
adults. Practice times are TBD and player will be contacted upon
